About Us
Hey there! I'm Shun and I run my business, Patched Embroidery, from my home studio in Las Vegas, NV.
Every item is designed in house and one-of-a-kind. I make embroidered apparel hand-sewn makeup bags and totes with custom embroidered names, monograms & patches as well as key fob wristlets. I started sewing in 2012 as a self taught sewest. Then in 2019 I purchased my first single needle embroidery machine, which eventually lead me to purchasing a multi-needle machine to keep up with demand. My custom made items are perfect for gifts, bridal parties, teachers, travelers and that someone special.

Shipping
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours after receipt of your payment for your order to be processed. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided. Please check your spam folder. **Shipping timeframes are after the 24-48 business hour processing time.**
There are two shipping options:
1) USPS Priority Mail: 5 - 7 business days
2) USPS First Class Mail: 8 - 10 business days
Return Policy
We have a 5 day return policy on physical products. If it has been more than 5 days since you received your order unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
In a situation that an item is defective or damaged please email patchedembroidery@gmail.com so we can provide you with an order number. We suggest sending item(s) back with a tracking number via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Once your item is inspected we will notify you by email if your exchange or refund has been approved.
